Global Development & Environmental Resources Announces New Business Relationships

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 4, 2005 -- Global Development & Environmental Resources, Inc. (OTC: GDVE) announced today that the Company's Infrastructure Division has begun phased work on a new project utilizing its biological products line. The project has a minimum starting value of $2 million.

The Company's biological product line has created a new method for lining man-made lakes and retention ponds for infrastructure in existing residential and commercial developments, as well as for recreational facilities such as golf courses and parks. The new, cutting-edge technology is designed to save contractors and developers significant financial resources on projects involving roads, lakes and water sheds and retention drainage.

Dr. Phil Pritchard, Chairman & CEO of Global Development & Environmental Resources, commented on the new technology, "Our product lines are designed with a global scope that can assist developers and contracts in multiple industries. We originally developed the products for projects on which we were developing for our company or for a client; however, the demand for the products has developed to a level that we have begun to produce some of our proprietary product lines for outside commercial, residential and industrial applications. The technologies developed by our engineering team are starting to be specifically required in new construction project specifications by project owners and municipalities; a true testament to the forward thinking of our engineers and a financial advantage for our company."
