Global Diversified Industries New Police Training Facility for Homeland Security to Be Marketed Nationwide

CHOWCHILLA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 12, 2005 -- Global Diversified Industries, Inc. (OTC BB: GDVI), focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Modular, Inc., will soon complete a prototype for a "roofless home" that can be used by police departments nationwide for training, including homeland security incidents.

"The concept of the roofless home allows for realistic training for police officers involved in domestic violence or gang-related incidents, since supervisory personnel can watch and grade officers from above," said Merced County, California, Sheriff Mark Pazin. Global Modular is involved in designing a state-of-the art facility for the Livingston Police Department, Merced County, for such training purposes.

"With the first prototype complete, we will market this product across America," said Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Chairman and CEO Phil Hamilton. "This is important because we are convinced of the need for such a training home for police forces. Also, although we currently are focused on the educational market in California, where business is very good, the Company needs to look beyond this period into its future."
