Global Down Syndrome Foundation Founder Michelle Sie Whitten to Be Honored at Excelsior Youth Center for Girls Triumphant FACES Gala 2014 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2014) - On Friday, March 7, the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel will host Excelsior Youth Center's Triumphant FACES Gala 2014, honoring Michelle Sie Whitten, co-founder and executive director of the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. Excelsior Youth Center created the Triumphant Woman award in 2008 to recognize women who have made the difficult journey of overcoming challenges to achieve greatness.

The Global Down Syndrome Foundation, (Global) is dedicated to significantly improving the lives of people with Down syndrome through research, medical care, education and advocacy.
