WILMINGTON, NC--(Marketwire - December 8, 2010) - Global Earth Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: GLER) is currently negotiating a joint venture with LIfeCycle International Inc. to add $20,000,000.00 of hard assets to GLER in a non correlated field to diversify risk and add the component of hard assets to the firm. The deal is expected to be finalized in the next couple of weeks when details will be released.
