Focusing on their motto, 'no excuses, just results,' John and his team of entrepreneurs plan to break national records in the first three months.
John, former Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, brings a sense of structure and discipline to the previously untouched Memphis region. Through a structured course of action, he plans to expand into three locations throughout the nation by the end of 2016.
New to Memphis, Global Expansion, Inc. plans to hire eight Brand Marketing Representatives and promote them within six months to an upper-level management position. The organization was founded on a management-training program developed by some of the most successful businessmen in the world. Entry-level associates are taught the fundamentals of marketing, sales and business practices through a team oriented training program. Once the fundamentals are mastered, associates are promoted to the Account Management position. Account Managers, or Regional Corporate Trainers, have the opportunity to develop others and lead by example. In accordance to production, associates at that level are promoted to Assistant Director.
When production goals are coupled with developmental goals within the Memphis office, the Assistant Director has the opportunity to take on the organization's multi-million dollar clients and expand their national footprint as a Director of Operations.
