Global Finishing, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for a Share Exchange and Financing Proposals to Facilitate Application for TSX.V Listing

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - July 8, 2011) - Global Finishing, Inc ("Global") (FRANKFURT:G8BA) is a non-reporting publicly traded U.S. company currently listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSX) under the symbol G8BA.

Through its wholly owned Ecuadorian subsidiary, Global is involved in the acquisition and development of mineral properties and production of precious metals in Ecuador.

Global has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Exploration Auriginor Inc. ("Auriginor"), a mining exploration company, to complete a share exchange with the objective of listing Global Finishing, Inc. on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V).

The LOI is subject to certain conditions such as the consolidation of the shares of Auriginor, and approvals from shareholders of both companies and regulatory authorities.

Global expects to meet with TSX Venture officials during the month of July to establish a working agenda to facilitate the listing of the combined company on the TSX.V.

Global is also in the process of structuring a non-brokered pre-listing equity financing for qualified accredited investors (not available to U.S. investors). Final terms of the financing are expected to be set by July 11, 2011.

Additionally, Global is negotiating with a Canadian financial institution for a subordinated debt package to provide the funding required to fully implement its growth plans in Ecuador.

As part of the TSX.V listing initiative, Global will be making some changes to its board of directors, with new nominees to be proposed prior to meeting with TSX.V officials.

On behalf of the Board
