(PINKSHEETS: GBGM), www.GlobalGamingNetwork.com, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the creator of Planet X TV ("Planet X") (www.planetx.tv), a major video/film producer of action sports programming. Under the agreement, GBGM will form a new corporation named Amped Fantasy Productions (AFP) that will develop, produce, acquire and distribute sports properties, with an emphasis on fantasy league sports.
