Global Gaming Network, Inc. to Redeem 85 Million Shares of Its Common Stock

Company Reports Its Amped Fantasy NFL Game a Major Success With Sports Bars Nationwide

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2014) - Global Gaming Network, Inc. (OTC PINK: GBGM),, announced today that it will redeem to its treasury 85 million common shares acquired from a shareholder, reducing by 9% total issued and outstanding shares as of the 9/30/14 reporting period.

The company also announced that its customized NFL Amped Fantasy Game played in numerous venues nationwide was met with overwhelming praise by the sports bar and restaurant owners and their patrons alike for its uniqueness and ease of operation. For the company this represents another important milestone in line with its goal to become the premier provider of online fantasy games to sports bars, restaurants and gambling venues nationwide.

"We're pleased to report that the successful implementation of our Amped Fantasy NFL game confirms our belief that the licensing of our fantasy sports games have greatly enhanced the sports bars and restaurants customer base and patron loyalty. In turn, increased venue participation in this program will result in company revenue generation from licensing and sponsorship fees, and fees from venue patrons playing our pay to play contests. We will continue offering our customers our popular fantasy sports games with our partner Atlantic City Fantasy Sports,, throughout 2015 for the March NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, the MLB season commencing in April, and the Fall NFL and NBA seasons," said Stephen Kern, President of GBGM.

"We're greatly encouraged by the results of the recently introduced Amped Fantasy game played on the Loodo application by our nationwide customer base. The overall response has been very positive from patrons playing the game at restaurant chains like Applebee's, Bikini's, King St. Grille and Chammps. We've greatly improved our technical, marketing and promotion capabilities since our initial launch of the Amped Fantasy NCAA Tournament game last March, and foresee a major increase in sports bar and restaurant participation as the fantasy games are rolled out in 2015," said Andrew Weilgus and Nick Bilotta, Co-Directors of Atlantic City Fantasy Sports.
