MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 -- Global General Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: GLGT), announced today that the company was informed late in yesterday's trading session by concerned shareholders that a press release appeared under the company's symbol "GLGT" at Yahoo Finance that references a Canadian company, GLG Life Tech Limited, changing its corporate name, obtaining a new symbol of "GLGT" and to be traded on the Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc.. In addition, that company announced plans to do a reverse split.

Global General Technologies, Inc. is not connected in any way to the Canadian company noted in the confusing press release on Yahoo Finance's archive of GLGT press releases. In the interest of clarity, the GLGT will not be doing a reverse split and will not be listed on any Canadian exchange. The company has informed the parties responsible for the misfiling of the press release requesting the immediate deletion of the press release from the company's PR history. The systems may be remotely operated on a manual basis via a secure web-based interface, adding an additional layer of safety.
