(OTCQB: GIFD) (the "Company") today announced that a subsidiary of the Company has acquired another self storage facility located in Summerville, SC. The property is a 36,600 square foot, 236 unit self storage facility on 2.5 acres located on North Gum Street. The facility offers traditional and portable storage units along with outside recreational vehicle and boat storage parking spaces.

The Company intends to continue seeking investment opportunities in real property self storage facilities.
