GLOBAL INVESTMENT UPDATE: Trilliant Acquires Diamond Exploration Property

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 1, 2007 -- Global Developments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDVM), a publicly traded venture capital company, is pleased to provide the following update with respect to Trilliant Inc., a mineral exploration company in which Global holds an equity stake.

LAS VEGAS -- Trilliant, Inc. (OTCBB: TRLL - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its first major property acquisition in the diamond exploration field. The Company has been attempting to expand its area of business for several years now and has determined that current management synergies and the economic climate in the junior industrial sector were conducive to a foray into the diamond area of the North American mineral exploration sector. It is currently estimated that over 40% of world diamond exploration is now being conducted in Canada.

As its first acquisition, the Company has acquired a 100% interest in 1,168 hectares of ground in the Forte a La Corne area of Central Saskatchewan in exchange for 1.75 million common shares. These claims are situated 2 to 26 km to the south of Shore Gold's diamond-bearing kimberlite bodies known as Star and 141. The area is easily accessible from the Provincial Highway #6 and unpaved grid roads. The claims are about 70 km northeast of Prince Albert, which is Saskatchewan's third largest city with a population of 42,000.

The Fort a la Corne area of Saskatchewan hosts one of the most extensive kimberlite fields in the world. The Fort a la Corne area in Saskatchewan has the world's largest accumulation of diamondiferous kimberlites. The Fort a la Corne kimberlite cluster is a north-northwest trending zone of kimberlite pipes that stretches for about 35 km and is about 10 km wide. To the northeast lies another cluster of kimberlite pipes known as the Snowden Cluster that trends in the same direction.

About 75% of the Fort a la Corne kimberlites contain diamonds and they vary not only in size and complexity but also in economic potential. Studies have concluded that this cluster of diamond-bearing kimberlite pipes range from 3 to 250 ha in surface area and from 3 to 675 million tonnes in mass. So far, the kimberlites that have the best potential have been identified in the southeastern part of the main Fort a la Corne cluster.

Canada's diamonds are known for their quality and are also "clean" in that they are not used to finance terror, war and weapons as diamonds have been in other parts of the world such as Sierra Leone and Angola.
