Global Karaoke Network Acquires Exclusive License to Online Karaoke Social Network

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - May 21, 2012) - Global Karaoke Network Inc. (OTCBB: GKNI), the world's first fully integrated singing social network, is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with GT Entertainment Ltd. (GTE) to as their exclusive licensee to operate their online karaoke network at MeAndMic.com.

GTE is a privately owned corporation founded in the fall of 2006, with the goal of creating targeted social networking websites. The company spent almost four years developing a versatile social networking platform that would allow for exceptional member tracking, profile development and personalized platform.
