Global Links Corp. Announces Taking Subsidiary Public and Issuance of Stock Dividend

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 4, 2006 -- Global Links Corp. (OTC: GLLC) announced today that the board of directors have approved its wholly owned subsidiary, Capitol Group Holdings Corp. to become a public company. Capitol Group Holdings Corp. will become a Pink Sheet publicly traded company.

"We anticipate the completion of this process to be completed on or before July 31, 2006," stated Frank Dobrucki, CEO of Global Links Corp.

In addition, shareholders of Global Links Corp. stock will receive a common stock dividend. All Global Links Corp. shareholders of record as of May 31, 2006, will receive one share of Capitol Group Holdings Corp. common stock for every seven shares of Global Links Corp. common stock that they own.
