Global Mineral Resources Corp. Re-Domiciles to British Columbia, Canada

TORONTO--(Marketwire - May 16, 2010) -  Global Mineral Resources Corp. (FRANKFURT: GLLN) is pleased to announce that in its ongoing efforts to streamline its business activities and reduce administrative costs, it has re-domiciled the jurisdiction of corporation to British Columbia, Canada.

In the process the company had to change its name slightly adding GMR to Global Mineral Resources Corp.

The share roll-back of 100 to 1 was taken to better reflect the valuation of the company in the current market.

The shares now trade using the symbol GLLN (ISIN CA36190T1003) on the Frankfurt Open Standard Market.
