Global Mineral Resources Corp. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Ottawa Gold and Silver Tenure in British Columbia, Canada

TORONTO--(Marketwire - June 14, 2010) -  Global Mineral Resources Corp. (FRANKFURT: GLLN) announces today it has signed a letter of intent to acquire BC Mineral Titles Tenure number 563822. The tenure contains the Ottawa mineral property with a past production record in the Slocan mining division of British Columbia, Canada.

The Ottawa is a past producer. From 1903 to 1984, a total of 26,476 tonnes was mined from the property. Total past production yielded 1,798,535 ounces of silver, 32 ounces of gold, 793,852 pounds of lead, 28,162 pounds of zinc and 1,748 pounds of Copper.
