Global Pharmaceuticals Leader Selects Callidus' Monaco and Coaching SaaS Solutions to Drive Sales Effectiveness

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 4, 2011) - Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), announced today that one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world has selected Callidus' ForceLogix Sales Coaching solution and Monaco On Demand SPM suite to drive the effectiveness of its global sales organization. The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Under the multi-year deal, Callidus' sales effectiveness and coaching solutions will fuse key sales performance data with developmental coaching strategies, enabling salespeople to maximize transaction size, increase sales speed, and improve the predictability of their sales results.

The win follows Callidus' recent announcements about providing SaaS-based coaching solutions along with commissions across a number of key customers, including Arris Group, Comcast, Integra Telecom, Real Goods Solar, Accelerated Payment Systems, and LANDesk.
