Global Realty Development Corp.'s TFM Group Announces Signing of Television and Music Divisions Presidents

Doug Warner President of Warner Artists to Head television Division and Jon Sparks President of Station South Entertainment to head Music Division

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. --October 26, 2006-- Global Realty Development Corp. (OTCBB: GRLY), today announced that it's subsidiary TFM Group has hired Doug Warner to become the President and Executive Director of its Television Division and Jon Sparks as President and Executive Director of its Music Division.

As president of Warner Artist Management, with over 20 years experience in talent representation and deal making, Warner looks to emerging markets where his firm specializes in talent representation, content packaging and media consulting. Starting in 1999 Doug saw the potential of the developing Latin crossover market. With multi- talented clients Maria Conchita Alonso and Paul Rodriguez, Warner started packaging acting, music, television series and comedy concert films that were aimed at the English speaking Latin American audience. Warner struck gold with the highly successful package "The Original Latin Kings of Comedy" for Paramount. The film has been followed up with a successful comedy concert tour.

In 2006 Warner launched several innovative packages. The first reality music series, "The Biz". Combining music giant WMG with AOL, the series creates a grass roots approach that combined finding new music talent and future music executives in one show. "The Biz" is entering its second production cycle. With the internet becoming a solid revenue stream and borderless frontier, Warner capitalized in the Psychic World for network programming. He packaged "The Gift" for Sci-Fi and currently has another project "Past Present Future" in development for Buena Vista Television. For the Starz network, Warner just completed placing Ireland's hot comedy property "The Bronx Bunny" as the first original series program for that networks platform system.

This year Warner will be credited as Executive Producer of "The Latin Ladies Comedy Coalition". Hosted by Paul Rodriguez and starring Shayla Rivera, this comedy franchise will be available in October 2006. Packaging along with company TFM Group the international franchise "Los Ultimos Heroes" will combine the latest in Mobile Distribution Technology, along with music and television set in domestic and international settings. Mr. Sparks has served as the founder and President of Station South Entertainment since its inception in 1996. During the past ten years, Jon has been instrumental in the success of platinum and gold selling records, top charting songs, major movie soundtracks and movie trailers. Today, Station South represents two Grammy winning producer / song-writers, one four-time Grammy winning mix engineer, and a band signed to a major recording label.

Building strong relationships is another factor contributing to the success of Station South Entertainment. Jon has excellent relationships with key management at major record labels and their affiliates such as EMI, Sony/BMG, Warner Brothers, and Universal. He has also worked with some of the top publishing companies and their affiliates such as Warner-Chapel Music Publishing, Zomba Music Publishing, and EMI Music Publishing.
