Global Retailer To Carry ITC Digital Audio Products

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 11, 2006) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:ITI), is pleased to announce that it has secured a new account with a global retailer for the sale of its popular MPIO MP3 players across Canada. At this time the chain can not be named for competitive reasons.

The retailer is an international company whose sales channels span across 14 countries. The account is evidence of ITC's ability to supply the market with unique digital products and its resellers with unbeatable margins and customer service. ITC expects to gain increased brand recognition and enhanced market reach in 2007 forward.

Digital products continue to be a favorite among consumers who upgrade to new devices every few years. Portable audio digital sales are expected to continue climbing, even though unit prices have stabilized. The rapidly growing worldwide market for Flash-based and Hard Disk Drive (HDD)-based players will jump from 140 million units in 2005 to 286 million by 2010 according to Research Network.
