Global Software Giant Cincom Signs Alliance Agreement With Intervoice

The two companies will offer a combination of Intervoice's phone-based customer self-service solutions and Cincom's customer experience management software, Synchrony™, to companies looking to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the contact center environments and improve the customer experience.
