FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 28, 2005 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), a publicly traded company currently on the over the counter, Scot Kane the new C.O.O. of Global Triad, Inc. announced today the appointment of Steve Forster as Chief Technical Officer of Global Triad.

Steve Forster has more than 20 years of information systems management experience, specializing in the architecture of highly scalable and redundant open systems computer/network infrastructure. Mr. Forster previously held the Chief Technology Officer position for Peripheral Vision InfoSystems, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Forster has completed a network security consulting engagement for the newly computerized travel document system with the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
