Global Triad, Inc. Announces Fourth Microwave Wireless System Installation in Boca Raton, Florida

Installation Will Complete Connectivity Throughout Deerfield Beach and Delray Beach, Florida

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 1, 2005 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), traded on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets, announced today that Global WiFi Plus, Inc., (GWP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, has completed the installation and activation of the fourth microwave wireless system in Boca Raton, Florida. Installation will complete connectivity throughout Deerfield Beach and into Delray Beach, Florida. Testing of the broadband broadcast signal strength is currently under way and is expected to be complete this week.

In a previous announcement on May 19th, 2005, Global Triad announced the second microwave installation of the Motorola Canopy™ System in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The new system will be active by Friday, June 3rd, and will deliver 10 Megabits per second to each location and POP for residential and commercial services being deployed throughout parts of South Florida. Each installation has a capacity of 100 channels generating up to 7,000 to 10,000 users per channel.

Marketing to residential and commercial businesses will begin early next week in five cities that will include Fort Lauderdale, Hollandale, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Delray Beach, Florida. GWP will offer this quality wireless service at a highly competitive market price of $24.95 per month for residential and $199.00 per month to T-1 commercial clients. Through extensive marketing surveys over the past few months, GWP estimates a potential subscriber base of 7,000 residential customers and 2,000 T-1 commercial customers in these cities over the next 18 to 24 months creating potential revenues of $750,000.00 a month per city.
