Global Triad, Inc. Appoints Gene Kerry as President of Global TV, Inc.

Kerry Will Spearhead Further Distribution of Global TV's Hit Show "The Vehicle Network"

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 3, 2005 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), traded on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets, announced today that Global TV, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of global Triad, appoints Gene Kerry as its new president to oversee operations, and through his extensive background in the TV and video production industry, Mr. Kerry will leverage his expertise and relationships to expand Global TV's hit show, "The Vehicle Network," into other markets.

Mr. Kerry developed his video expertise through his long association with the law enforcement community. As the past President of the Broward Crime Commission, Mr. Kerry was instrumental in strengthening all aspects of law enforcement with his innovative program producing videos and training materials to ensure that the American citizen will live in a free and safe society. Mr. Kerry recently spent time in Washington, D.C. assisting India's dignitaries following a devastating earthquake in India.

In a previous announcement on March 8th, 2005, Global TV launched "The Vehicle Network" a cable television show geared to provide a much-needed service to the auto, motorcycle, boat, and RV businesses. The initial launch in 4 South Florida zones, that includes Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Margate, Hollywood, and Pembroke Pines. Due to the overwhelming response from the commercial community, Global TV plans to expand into the North Miami and Aventura markets by early August.

Global TV plans to franchise this network show across the Nation and offer the show to other production facilities. "The Vehicle Network" rates per commercial sponsor runs $1000.00 per month for each commercial that runs daily, with 30 commercial spots per half-hour show. The show's potential gross revenue is $20,000.00 a month per zone.

Global TV is now testing their video on demand with Global WiFi Plus Inc. and will be streaming the "The Vehicle Network" TV show, (www.thevehiclenetwork.com), through their Web site next week for testing and soon to release their video on demand streaming with global WiFi Plus wireless service next month.
