Global Triad, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Snappy E-Mail, Inc.

Snappy E-Mail Will Become a Division of Global WiFi Plus Inc.

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 7, 2005 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD), traded on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets, announced today the signing of a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Snappy E-Mail, Inc., and fold them into Global WiFi Plus, Inc., (GWP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad as GWP's charter marine brand. Pending due-diligence, the asset purchase is expected to be completed within 30 days.

Snappy E-Mail's core business is the installation of integrated network and wireless systems in yachts and marinas around the world. Having completed a number of successful projects over the past few years, Snappy is well positioned for high growth with the ever-increasing demands of the yachting industry to upgrade current technologies to newer, less expensive wireless systems.

Under this agreement, Global WiFi Plus will install its 802.11 B & G radios in future yachts under the Snappy E-Mail branding. The average cost per yacht is $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 per vessel. Global WiFi Plus plans to implement Snappy E-Mail wireless services and solutions to marinas and yachts worldwide. Revenues over the next 24 months are estimated to exceed $1,000,000 per year.
