Representatives From Reuters and Accenture Will Discuss Best Practices for Employee Development During Organizational Change

BRISBANE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 13, 2006 -- GlobalEnglish Corporation, the leading online English learning and support service provider for business communication, today announced that it will kick off its global web seminar series on Thursday, June 22, 2006. The inaugural session, titled "Managing Change in Your Multinational Organization: How to Anticipate Employee Development Needs," will feature Rich Taylor, Head of Learning for Reuters Business Divisions, and Rich Busby, Solution Planner for HR Capability Development with Accenture. Additional web seminars are planned for later in 2006.

During this online panel discussion, Mr. Taylor and Mr. Busby will discuss some of today's most challenging issues for human resource and learning organizations, including off-shoring, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-plan changes. They will share their observations and engage participants in a discussion about employee-development topics such as reactivity vs. predictivity, standardization vs. flexibility, and top-down vs. bottom-up strategies.
