GlobalLogic Appoints Financial Veteran CFO

M&A and Public Markets Experienced Financial Executive Joins Global Product Development Leader

VIENNA, VA--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) - GlobalLogic, Inc., the leader in global product development with more than 140 technology partnerships, today announced the appointment of C. Wayne Grubbs as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Grubbs has nearly twenty years of finance experience, which includes management of acquisitions and public offerings. He will report directly to Peter Harrison, GlobalLogic's chief executive officer.

Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Grubbs served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Analex Corp, now part of QinetiQ. At Analex Corp., Grubbs led the company's merger and acquisition strategy and oversaw investor relations, finance and accounting, and regulatory compliance. Previously, he was vice president, corporate controller, treasurer and assistant corporate secretary with SRA International, Inc. At SRA, Grubbs' financial team led the company's initial and follow-on public offerings and helped support revenue growth from $200 million to an annual run rate of nearly $1 billion. Before SRA, Grubbs was a manager in business risk consulting and assurance at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he managed audits of major government contractors. He received a bachelor of science from the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA.
