Management Prepares for Strong Revenue Growth in Second Half of 2013

THOMASVILLE, GA--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2013) - Globaltech Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: GLBH) is pleased to announce they have identified two additional key acquisition targets in the Property and Casualty sector. The P&C agencies are located in the highly populated north Florida markets.

Initial conversations have taken place and information has been requested for financial analysis. GLBH will continue its focus of targeted acquisitions in line with its mission statement.
