GlobeOp Insights event: Form PF reporting realities and solutions

Bloomberg TV's Deirdre Bolton to moderate expert panel on challenges
and practical guidelines

Pragmatic solutions to Form PF (private
fund) reporting requirements will be the focus of a GlobeOp Insights
event for hedge funds, private equity funds and investment advisors in
New York on March 28, 2012.

Hosted by GlobeOp's CEO Hans Hufschmid, the GlobeOp Insights event will
be held at 4:30pm at the Paley Center for Media at 25 West 52nd Street
(between 5th & 6th Avenues) in New York.

Television, will moderate a distinguished panel of regulatory, legal
and administrative experts. As the first Form PF filing requirements

resource requirements, pragmatic data solutions and sustainable
reporting processes for annual or quarterly reporting obligations.
Lessons learned from test-run report preparations will also be
highlighted. Guest panelists will include:

* Michael Dunn - Former CFTC commissioner; currently senior policy
  advisor, Patton Boggs

* Jennifer Dunn - Partner, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP

Form PF (private fund), is a US regulatory requirement requiring a
private, confidential filing by SEC-registered investment advisers on a
quarterly or annual basis. Designed to assist the Financial Stability
Oversight Council in monitoring systemic risk, it requires portfolio,
performance and risk data. The requirements become effective on June
29, 2012. GlobeOp is the first administrator to offer an end-to-end
reporting support service to clients and as a standalone service.
GlobeOp can minimize the operational burden of reporting by leveraging
existing, integrated fund data infrastructures - including the general
ledger, risk and pricing engines. Using electronic formatting, GlobeOp
gathers data and produces Form PF reports for clients to review,
authorize and submit. As all funds must be included in a single report,
GlobeOp will also aggregate data from client sources or other
administrators. Fund management companies retain ownership of fund data
and SEC filing responsibility.
