Globus Maritime Limited Announces Pricing of Follow-On Public Offering


ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - Jun 28, 2011) - Globus Maritime Limited ("Globus" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk shipping company, announced today that it priced a follow-on public offering of 2,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. The proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to fund a portion of the $30.3 million purchase price for a 2007-built Supramax dry bulk vessel and general corporate and working capital purposes.

Knight/DVB, Wunderlich Securities and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. are the underwriters for the offering.

In connection with the offering, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 125,000 additional shares of the Company's common shares to cover any over-allotments.
