Globus Maritime Limited Sets Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 Earnings Release, Dividend Announcement, and Conference Call


ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - February 18, 2011) - Globus Maritime Limited ("Globus" or the "Company"), (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk vessel owner/operator, announced today that it will release financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2010, after the market closes in New York on Thursday, February 24, 2011. The Company will also declare a cash dividend for the Fourth Quarter 2010 at that time.

The Company's management team will host a conference call and simultaneous internet webcast to discuss these results on Friday, February 25, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
