Globus Maritime Limited Sets Date for the Release of First Quarter 2011 Results and Conference Call

ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - May 4, 2011) - Globus Maritime Limited ("Globus" or the "Company"), (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk shipping company, announced today that it will release financial results for the first quarter 2011, prior to the market opening in New York on Friday, May 6, 2011.

The Company's management team will host a conference call and simultaneous internet webcast to discuss these results on Monday, May 9, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
