GoIP Global (GOIG) Signs LOI to Acquire US Subsidiary of UK Company Which Owns Mobile Technology, Patents and Platform

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - October 17, 2010) -  GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOIG) (FRANKFURT: 3GG1) announced today that a LOI was signed between GOIP and Worldlink Group PLC (FRANKFURT: WLO1), a UK based public company, to acquire their US subsidiary that holds US rights for Worldlink's patented technology and platform.

Worldlink Group PLC ( processes and develops solutions to access real-time information by individuals and organizations over mobile telecommunications networks. It offers mobilmarkets, which facilitates download on a data set selected by the recipient. The company's process is used in the financial services industry; and other industries and activities, such as sports information services, transport data, external media reporting, medicine, as well as the mobilization of Internet portals. Worldlink Group PLC was founded in 1998 and is based in the United Kingdom.
