GoIP Global Launches European Drive With Listing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 10, 2007) - GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOGB), (FRANKFURT: 3GG) -- In keeping with the rapid growth of text-messaging world-wide, GoIP Global, a specialized mobile media company, has announced a major, two-pronged European promotional campaign, following its recent listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. "We will be engaged in parallel efforts to reach the continental investment market, and simultaneously launch a broad campaign to generate awareness of our unique mobile texting capabilities to millions of German and other European individual users and user groups," said Ike Sutton, CEO of GoIP Global.

The Frankfurt Exchange is the largest stock exchange in Germany and the second largest in Europe. The GoIP listing there will enable German investors to more easily purchase GoIP securities under rulings that encourage investments made in German currency.

"This listing," concluded Mr. Sutton, "will facilitate international access to GoIP Global, and will serve to attract European institutional and retail investors as well as provide a ready market for our shareholders in their own time zone."
