LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - October 11, 2016) - Goldco Precious Metals announced today that for every $250,000 IRA rollover or 401(k) rollover the company completes, it will donate $250 to Prager University, a non-profit educational institution founded by nationally syndicated radio host Dennis Prager.
The university's vision is to teach millions around the world about the fundamental values that shape America; a mission that's close to the heart of Goldco founder Trevor Gerszt.
"My family came here when I was just a kid," says Gerszt. "We didn't have much money, but I knew if I worked hard I really could build a business, and give the best to my family." Goldco Precious Metals has been named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in both 2015 and 2016. In 2015 it was recognized as the nation's number one provider of gold IRA rollovers.
"American values of equality, hard work and independence are more than a slogan; they work! Now I want to give back in a way that lifts up those values to Americans, and to people around the world," says Gerszt.
Non-profit Prager University provides no-cost educational videos by presenters including Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Judith Miller, TV host Mike Rowe, conservative pundit George Will, internationally renowned author and activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali and comedian and author Adam Carolla.
Board members include Bradbury Anderson, former CEO and Vice Chairman of consumer electronics retailer Best Buy; and Michael Leven, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sands Corporation.
Goldco Precious Metals, located in Los Angeles, CA, is a privately held retirement services firm that specializes in providing such plans. Goldco offers a range of retirement investment accounts including traditional gold IRAs, silver IRAs, as well as IRA and 401(k) rollovers and 403(b) rollovers.
