About Golden Age Resources, Inc.
Golden Age Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDAR) works very closely with Home Health Care Agencies, Durable Medical Equipment companies (DME) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) nationwide in increasing profitability through our exclusive patient referral program. Through strategically placed advertising campaigns and methods, traffic to our website, www.elderservicesnetwork.com, is maximized for high-volume exposure.

The key to our success is relationship building with the families who are seeking care for their elderly loved ones. These families fill out simple questionnaires on our website and within 24 hours one of our friendly patient coordinators will contact the family and assist them in finding the appropriate care with one of our network providers. Golden Age Resources offers consulting services to our providers in helping them secure patient appointments and also how to keep their patients.

Our exclusive technology developed directly by Golden Age Resources, Inc. uses multiple levels of criteria to match clients to providers using various parameters and location based matching. The same technology that we currently use will be applied to NCT as well to expand and reach further into the existing niche market of NCT.

About National Clinical Technology, Inc.
National Clinical Technology, Inc. (NCT) has set the standard in Diagnostic Ultrasound Imaging and provides imaging services to hospitals and clinics in multiple facilities in several states. It has advanced the use of Musculoskeletal Sonography as a cost effective alternative to MRI imaging for many diagnostic requirements. NCT and its subsidiary (SMR) have combined the advance diagnostic services with treatment methods that allow effective and rapid healing of soft tissue injuries. Concurrently, NCT has a pending "LOI" agreement with a N.W. USA company to enter into the mobile imaging arena. (The pending LOI is consumed within the LOI of the NCT purchase.)

Golden Age Resources, Inc. CFO, Graham Larmer, stated, "This is an exciting time for us as we will be able to share our lead generation technology with the proven business models of NCT, SMR, and Westmont, and expand our service area, product offerings and our marketing engine, which we believe will increase our growth opportunities and revenue."
