Golden Age Resources, Inc. (GDAR) Finalizes Acquisition of National Clinical Technology, Inc.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--(Marketwire - March 2, 2011) - Golden Age Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDAR) announced today that it has completed the requirements of the Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of National Clinical Technology, Inc. (NCT) and its wholly owned subsidiary Spine & Muscle Rehabilitation, Inc. (SMR), and to acquire 100% of the medical related assets of Westmont Venture Resources, Inc. (Westmont), all of Albuquerque, NM. The move positions Golden Age Resources, Inc. to merge its dynamic marketing methods with a company that has set the standard for on-site, in-hospital, and mobile diagnostic imaging and treatment.

The parties entered into the Letter of Intent on January 17, 2011 and worked diligently and conclusively to finalize the terms of the Agreement in a forum that generates great optimism for increased profitability.
