Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc. Finalizes Registrations Processes With the AQSIQ of the Chinese Government

BEIJING--(Marketwire - October 21, 2008) - Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDHI), the Company has started the accreditation and certification labeling process of its US food products at the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ). This is a crucial step for the importation of food products into China. Without this accreditation no products can be sold, distributed or imported in China. "We are confident that we will exceed all expectations of this rigorous testing from the AQSIQ. After the powder milk scandal in China, food testing and certification has become a major focus for China.
