BEIJING--(Marketwire - October 15, 2008) - Golden Dragon Holdings, Inc. (GDHI), the Company is pleased to make a corporate announcement, that it has relocated the Company's headquarters from Miami, Florida to Beijing, China. The Company has entered into a 1 year lease agreement at the Kerry Center in Beijing. The Company believes it prudent and necessary to have moved its operation to Beijing, this move to Beijing will provide the Company a greater focus on the sales and logistics operations of its US products to the local Beijing supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores.
