Golden Grail Capitalizes on Great Opportunities for Distribution of Peruvian Organic Products

The Recently Signed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement Contains Measures to Lower Trade Barriers Such as Tariffs

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - February 23, 2016) - Golden Grail Technology Corp (OTC PINK: GOGY) ("Golden Grail" or the "Company"), a technology and software solutions provider to companies with unique value propositions operating in mass market consumer sectors, recently went into a distribution agreement with Peru Crops (http://www.perucrops.com/), which imports Peruvian organic products. This strategic decision was based partly on the fact that GOGY saw a market opportunity. The United States-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement (PTPA) is a bilateral free trade agreement, whose objectives are eliminating obstacles to trade, consolidating access to goods and services and fostering private investment in and between the United States and Peru.

Further confirming their strategic decision was the recent signing of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) which is a trade agreement among twelve Pacific Rim countries (Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, the United States and others) signed on February 4, 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand after 7 years of negotiations. This agreement is intended to promote economic growth; support the creation and retention of jobs; enhance innovation, productivity and competitiveness; raise living standards; reduce poverty in those countries; and promote transparency, good governance and enhanced labor and environmental protections. Among other things, the Agreement contains measures to lower trade barriers such as tariffs and establish an investor-state dispute settlement  mechanism. The United States government has considered the TPP as the companion agreement to the proposed Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a broadly similar agreement between the United States and the European Union.

Michael Brodsky, Golden Grail Technology President says, "Peruvian Organic products have a great opportunity to gain market share in the United States in the coming years. Imports of organic products in the United States have registered a significant growth in the past years, allowing Peru now to have a great opportunity to export their organic products under the PTPA to the United States. Golden Grail Technology wants to be part of this booming opportunity."

"With the PTPA and the TPP agreements between both countries, we can be sure that Peruvian Organic products can be imported and consumed by all Americans with a very competitive and affordable price, which benefits all parties involved," states Diego Arellano, President of Peru Crops.
