Golden Spirit Featured Players W.S.O.P. Bound

BELLINGHAM, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2006 --Golden Spirit Enterprises Ltd. (OTCBB: GSPT) announces that two of its featured players will be sponsored into the 2006 World Series of Poker (W.S.O.P.) tournament currently being played at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ron Rose, winner of a gold bracelet at the 2003 W.S.O.P and winner of the World Poker Tour Battle of Champions 2003, will compete in a $2,000 USD No-Limit Hold'em event on July 21 and a $1,500 USD No-Limit Hold'em event on July 25, both 3 day events.

Anna the "Gold Digger" Benson, a competitor in the 2005 World Series of Poker who gained nationwide respect by outlasting 1200 other players will compete in the $10,000 USD No-limit Texas Hold'em main event. The estimated first prize in the main event will be $10 million, making it the richest prize for the winner of any sports or television event in history.

The W.S.O.P will be shown on ESPN Classic television. The World Series of Poker is the most awaited event of the poker year, and it is considered to be the ultimate achievement in any poker player's career. The winner of each WSOP event gets the most prestigious award a poker player can win, the World Series of Poker Gold Bracelet. The winner of the main event gains the coveted title of World Champion.
