Golden Sunset Trail Inc. and Inoventiv (Canada) Corp Announce Inoventiv to Debut Search&Display™ at OMMA in New York

STONEY CREEK, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 27, 2005) - GOLDEN SUNSET TRAIL INC. ("Golden Sunset") (TSX VENTURE:GST.P):

INOVENTIV will launch its Search&Display online technology at the upcoming MediaPost OMMA show in New York on September 27th. Search&Display is a new online technology that combines search, branding and relevancy, enabling web users to search an advertiser's database and return relevant results all within a Search&Display ad unit. With Search&Display, online marketers can now rapidly and effectively make use of the full potential of their data, by deploying a branded search campaign, anywhere on the web and deliver real-time results back to an ad unit without leaving the page where the ad resides.

INOVENTIV's patent-pending technology rapidly responds to user queries by allowing one-to-one interaction with each ad unit to search for branded information and return relevant requested rich media content to the ad unit in real time without leaving the page where the ad resides. Using standard industry ad tags, Search&Display can be effectively deployed on any standard ad size.

Mr. John Marshall, President & Founder of Inoventiv states "the goal here is to get users the results fast from within the brand's database of information. In a Press Release dated August 11, 2005, Golden Sunset Trail Inc. announced that the Corporation had entered into a Lock-up Agreement dated July 25, 2005 with Inoventiv (Canada) Corp and the principal shareholders of Inoventiv pursuant to which the Corporation agreed to make an offer to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Inoventiv. The Principal Shareholders hold collectively 100.0 % of the issued and outstanding Inoventiv Shares.
