Golden Sunset Trail Inc./INOVENTIV (Canada) Corp.: Press Release

STONEY CREEK, ONTARIO AND NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 9, 2005) -

GOLDEN SUNSET TRAIL INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GST.P) is pleased to provide the following update regarding the business of INOVENTIV (Canada) Corp. ("INOVENTIV").

How Search&Display is helping the UN World Food Programme Feed more Children

Fight Hunger: Walk the World, a special project of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is rolling out a new online banner campaign with patent-pending Search&Display technology across the world.

Search&Display , from INOVENTIV, allows the web user to initiate a search or interact within the ad and display the result by refreshing the ad, WITHOUT clicking to a new page. This interactive process makes every Search&Display ad uniquely one-to-one.

Search&Display will be used in conjunction with an existing Global initiative where every click through in an online ad unit generates donations. The initiative seeks to raise global awareness of the 300 million children around the world who are chronically hungry. For a few cents a day, we can feed those children a meal at school - which means they get sound nutrition and an education - the key to beating hunger and poverty.

The Search&Display campaign also uniquely allows supporters of FightHunger.org to submit their name, country and email address, view a personal 'Thank You' message, ALL within an online ad and receive an email in real time in their inbox offering additional information on WFP's school feeding program.

In the past WFP's brand partners have found that when a fighthunger.org banner is displayed on their web sites and the web user wishes to 'click and donate', the click takes the web user off the brand's site to fighthunger.org. This new Search&Display technology allows WFP to capture the click and the user's opt-in information WITHIN the ad unit and view detailed reports and measurement metrics for every interaction in the banner in real time.

"We are very pleased to donate our technology to the UN World Food Program to help in this very needed cause" says John Marshall, President & CEO, INOVENTIV. "In 2005, it is unbelievable to think that there are children in the world without food" says Marshall. "I sincerely appreciate the opportunity for Search&Display to play a role in generating additional donations to feed hungry children."

19 Cents is the average daily cost of feeding a child in school. School feeding has proven to be a unique and practical tool for reducing children's hunger and improving their school performance. Free from hunger, a student's ability to concentrate and learn is dramatically improved. When children are offered a meal in school, enrolment and attendance rates go up dramatically and stay up and dropout rates go down. WFP has documented enrolment increases of over 200 percent in some schools receiving school feeding assistance.

WFP's global school feeding program is currently reaching 16 million children in 69 countries. Individual children benefit from the investment of 19 cents a day, but so do their families, communities and societies as a whole. In countries where there is a minimum of four years of primary school education, for example, studies show farm productivity increases of almost 10 percent.

WFP is the world's largest humanitarian agency: each year, we give food to an average of 90 million poor people to meet their nutritional needs, including 6 million hungry children, in at least 80 of the world's poorest countries.

The Corporation previously announced in a Press Release dated August 11, 2005, that the Corporation had entered into a lock-up agreement with Inoventiv to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Inoventiv as the Corporation's proposed Qualifying Transaction. The update provided above was extracted from Inoventiv's news release of November 4, 2005.
