Golden Sunset Trail Inc. to Provide Advance to Inoventiv (Canada) Corp.

STONEY CREEK, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 14, 2005) - GOLDEN SUNSET TRAIL INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GST.P) announces its intention to advance, by way of a refundable deposit, up to an additional $60,000 to Inoventiv (Canada) Corp. ("Inoventiv"). The aggregate amount of $100,000 has been advanced to Inoventiv to date as a refundable deposit. The advance of the refundable deposit is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Readers are referred to the Corporation's Press Release dated August 11, 2005 regarding the Corporation's proposed acquisition of Inoventiv as its Qualifying Transaction.
