NEW YORK, NY and SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 30, 2011) - GoldenSource Corporation, a leading provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions, will be speaking on two sessions at Oracle PartnerNetwork Forum, during Oracle OpenWorld 2011 scheduled to start on October 2, 2011 in San Francisco. Mike Meriton, CEO of GoldenSource, will be speaking at the Global General Session's Independent Software Vendor panel on Sunday, October 2 from 12:30 - 2:45 P.M. Additionally, Tom Stock, senior vice president of product management, will be presenting at the "Avoiding the Next Financial Crisis: Getting a Grip on Big Data in Capital Markets" session on Tuesday, October 4 at 5:00 P.M.

"Through the partnership with Oracle, we are continuing to push the envelope of enterprise data management to address our customers' increasingly complex business requirements with new cutting edge technologies. Most notably, the Oracle Exastack platform provides our clients higher processing performance, scale and reliability enabling real-time position aggregation required for enterprise risk management," states Mike.

During Tuesday's panel, Tom will delve deeper into data management issues financial institutions are facing today. According to Tom, "Poor data was at the crux of the economic crisis. We've seen institutions improve their data governance and technology infrastructure in order to prepare for impending regulations such as Dodd-Frank. However, most financial organizations have a long way to go before they achieve a consolidated view of risk and exposures across asset classes, and lines of businesses."

Mike and Tom will also be available for interviews from Sunday to Wednesday at the Moscone Center, 747 Howard Street in San Francisco, CA. To arrange a briefing, please contact Sheryl Lee or Raina Gajjar at
