GolfCourseHome.com Launched by GolfCourseHome(R) Network

New Site Is the GCH Network's 44th and Will Be the Company's New Flagship on the Web

NEWTOWN, CT--(Marketwire - Dec 7, 2011) - The GolfCourseHome Network of websites announces the launch of its new flagship website, GolfCourseHome.com. The new site is the GCH Network's 44th Member Website. The company launched its first site in 1999.

The GolfCourseHome Network features detailed information for real estate buyers on more than 140 golf and waterview master-planned communities and serves as a valuable knowledge source for those seeking to purchase their ideal vacation home, second home or retirement residence.

GCH Network Founder and Publisher David Lott noted that GolfCourseHome.com had been owned for many years ago by another party, having escaped his acquisition efforts back in 2000. But three years ago the URL came up for auction and he went in and got it.

"Given the turbulent nature of the real estate industry, it has been really gratifying to be able to push through and develop a new site and launch it," said Lott. "We are eager to tell our clients and the master-planned amenity communities we anticipate working with about this powerful new tool for their marketing."

The site's development had been delayed for two years by the dissolution of the company Lott had hired to create the website.

"We've endured plenty of delays and set-backs," he continued, "but now we have a product that we can be proud of. And in coming months, we will be adding more features and a ton of content. Social media, video and great graphics will help communicate solid information that homebuyers can use. We intend on continuing to be the leading source of golf course community information on the web. Stay tuned as we continue to grow."

A key component of GolfCourseHome.com is the GCH Blog which had previously been hosted on the blog-hosting website, Typepad. The blog's more than 5,000 page views per month will now be part of the new GolfCourseHome.com.
