The report was based on employee satisfaction rating data from Glassdoor, and includes ratings on the companies overall, CEO Approval, and Positive Business Outlook. Employees at these highly rated companies frequently mention in their Glassdoor reviews that they enjoy working for mission-driven companies with strong and unique company cultures that embrace and promote transparency. They also prefer companies with experienced senior leadership teams who regularly and clearly communicate with their employees.
