Zendesk and GoodData Reaffirm Relationship With Multi-Year Deal for Zendesk Insights

After powering customer analytics with GoodData in 2010 and launching the Zendesk Insights data product in 2014, Zendesk has reinvested in GoodData's advanced analytics to provide organizations with user-friendly tools to better understand and fulfill customer support needs.
