Goodfellow Announces the Resignation of M. Richard Goodfellow as Director of the Company Effective December 1, 2014

DELSON, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 1, 2014) - Goodfellow Inc. (TSX:GDL) announced today that Richard Goodfellow, who recently resigned as President and CEO of Goodfellow Inc., has also decided to resign as a Director of the Company effective December 1, 2014.
