Goodfellow Inc. Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

DELSON, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2011) - The Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. (TSX:GDL) announced today that Mr. André Julien has decided not to submit his candidacy as a member of the Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. for personal reasons. Mr. Julien was a Director since 1999 and his contributions were very much appreciated.

The Board of Directors announced the election of Mr. Normand Morin as a Director of Goodfellow Inc. at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders today. Mr. Morin will replace Mr. Julien as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee effective December 16, 2011.
