GoodInfluence.org™, an Innovative New Social Media Technology, Launches to Help Charities Drive Donations Online

Something Great Foundation and AGAIN Interactive Join Forces to Launch a Powerful Social Media Technology Platform to Help Non-Profits Significantly Broaden Their Awareness and Base of Supporters

FLEMINGTON, NJ--(Marketwire - Jul 14, 2011) - Something Great Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping non-profits fulfill their missions, and AGAIN Interactive, a leading social media marketing and technology company, have partnered to launch GoodInfluence.org. This exciting new technology platform is dedicated to bringing charities, brands and their fans together to change the world. GoodInfluence.org, through its state-of-the-art "Ripple Effect" technology functionality, enables charities to leverage the significant social media influence of their corporate and celebrity supporters -- through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn -- as the catalyst to exponentially broaden their awareness and corresponding donations.

Most charities have very strong corporate and/or celebrity supporters and many corporations and celebrities are active social media users with a broad network of connections. The GoodInfluence.org technology platform automates the process of engaging that army of followers and their friends to support the charity. In addition to donations, the platform enables charities to capture that broader base of social media connections for future fundraising efforts. GoodInfluence.org also benefits corporate and celebrity sponsors by allowing them to reach a broader audience with a powerful message to demonstrate their commitment to social good.

"Something Great Foundation has worked incredibly hard over the past 8 years to help charities raise money to support the tremendous work they do. Some of the incredible organizations we've supported have included charities such as the BD Diabetes Center, Gilda's Club, the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, and the New Jersey Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation," said Dan Lynn, founder of Something Great Foundation and co-founder of AGAIN Interactive. "To date, most of our fundraising efforts have been in the form of events such as miniature golf outings with live bands, catered food, and lots of activities for kids including face painting, magic shows, sports clinics, and much more. Our most recent event included driving our specially equipped, 12-foot disaster relief vehicle full of critical supplies on a 17-hour journey to Alabama to help the tornado victims. While all of these activities were very successful and fulfilling, they took a tremendous amount of time and energy to produce. The return on event-based fundraising sometimes doesn't seem worth the incredible effort required to make them successful and memorable. It's not a scalable model. It just doesn't have a big enough impact. The real question for me has always been, 'How do we go from raising thousands of dollars to raising millions of dollars?' Over the last few years, our goal has been to develop a scalable web-based technology platform that would enable us to have a bigger impact and help these organizations change the world. Well, I am very proud to say that we just developed that technology: GoodInfluence.org."

In addition to the challenges of event-based fundraising, most charities have a limited pool of supporters that drive the majority of their donations. In order to survive, they must go back to that same group year-after-year. Substantially broadening that base of support is critical to expanding the organization's long-term impact. GoodInfluence.org enables a charity, in partnership with its corporate and celebrity partners, to quickly and substantially broaden its donor base. The technology automates an organization's ability to reach the channels, manage the donation process, facilitate the ripple effect through social media, and consolidate the analysis through comprehensive, real-time results reporting.
