GOT Corporation Introduces Campaigner for Salesforce for AppExchange at Dreamforce '05

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 12, 2005) - GOT Corporation and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM)

Campaigner for Salesforce-- available via AppExchange, salesforce.com's new on-demand application sharing service-- closes the CRM circle with integrated email communication initiatives

GOT Corporation and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the global leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), today announced the availability of Campaigner for Salesforce (Cforce) for AppExchange. Built on salesforce.com's Appforce on-demand platform, Cforce for AppExchange is available immediately for preview in the AppExchange, and will be generally available at the same time as the Salesforce Winter '06 release. Cforce is 100% deployed within the Salesforce interface, and extends Salesforce with rich functionality for delivering and measuring the impact of email communications with both Salesforce Leads and Contacts. Cforce for AppExchange is one of the GOT partner applications, and one of 70 launch applications that are available through AppExchange, salesforce.com's new on-demand application sharing service.

Cforce was announced in June and GOT is showing its Appforce enabled version today in San Francisco at Dreamforce '05, salesforce.com's third annual user and developer conference.

With AppExchange, salesforce.com customers now have access to new applications that bring the benefits of salesforce.com to their entire business, letting them manage and share all of their company information on-demand. Using AppExchange, companies can easily add new apps to their existing Salesforce deployments, extending their success and making the full power and creativity of the salesforce.com customer and partner community available with just a click.

"Cforce does exactly what we need. Working from within Salesforce, I was immediately able to start sending emails without having to deal with a confusing list import process," said Michael Anderson, Programmer, Logomark.

"Cforce is a great example of Appforce's ability to, mix complex web services, in real time, across the Internet into new and powerful applications," said Adam Gross, Director of Product Marketing, salesforce.com. "We generated a lot of excitement when we demonstrated Cforce at our Summer '05 launch this past June. Now, GOT has enhanced Cforce and placed it in the AppExchange, where all of our 16,900 customers can now test drive and install this great application into their salesforce.com environment."

Cforce is an email communication tool that is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. It helps Salesforce users get more value out of their CRM investment by allowing them to deliver and track powerful email initiatives from within their Salesforce environments - creating a unified communication effort across departments. Choosing from sophisticated HTML templates, or on-the-fly template creation using a built-in WYSIWYG editor, users can easily create sophisticated email messages that include trackable links and personalization. Cforce tracks email response metrics directly in the Leads, Contacts, Custom and Campaign tabs so that users are aware of every send, open and click-through - without ever leaving their Salesforce account.

"With the Appforce platform and now with AppExchange, GOT was able to combine the power of Salesforce's CRM and segmentation functionality with GOT's robust email delivery and tracking technology. We were able to develop a sophisticated and easy-to-use email communication tool for the Salesforce user within days," said Eric Melka, CEO of GOT. "The resulting demand has been unprecedented. GOT has seen more than a 250% increase in new Cforce users in just the last 30 days. With the tool right at their fingertips, Cforce is being embraced and rapidly adopted by the salesforce.com community."

AppExchange is the world's first on-demand application sharing service. Launched at Dreamforce '05, AppExchange features dozens of pre-built applications created by salesforce.com customers and partners. AppExchange enables all of these on-demand applications to be easily shared, exchanged and installed with one click into any salesforce.com account. AppExchange can be found at www.salesforce.com/appexchange.

Appforce is a complete on-demand platform that includes Appforce Builder, Appforce DB, Appforce API and the Appforce OS for development & deployment of multiple on-demand applications.
